Yoga for Stress Reduction & Anxiety

Yoga has helped me connect to the mind-body connection in a profound way and I’m passionate about empowering others to connect to themselves and their inner wisdom. Research has also shown that trauma is stored in the body, and thus we must work with the body to release and heal from trauma.

I offer private yoga instruction for individuals or groups as a great way to get a holistic yoga experience with a personalized experience and the guidance of a teacher. All of my classes also incorporate meditation and pranayama (breath-work) as yoga is so much more than the physical practice!

I will create custom workshops for your individual needs, some examples of workshops are yoga for stress reduction and yoga for anxiety.

I am a 200-hour registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance and I have completed additional training on trauma-informed yoga and incorporating yoga into talk therapy.
